It is the stated aim of Summers Motors Ltd to provide industry leading Paint and Body service to our customers and the general public.

We achieve this by operating a comprehensive quality system, which assures the quality of all the services offered by the Paint and Body centre. The quality system meets the requirement of ISO 9001: 2000, is fully implemented across all areas of the Paint and Body centre and is independently assessed and certified by TUV Management Service GMBH.

All members of staff are fully committed to ensuring the quality system effectively achieves the highest levels of customer satisfaction both now and in the future. To this end, we will strive to continually improve upon our services, processes and the quality management system itself.

Quality objectives are set, across the Paint and Body centre, and used as a measure of our performance. These objectives are continually reviewed, and amended as necessary, to ensure they are appropriate to the business and relevant to our customers.

Quality objectives included, but are not limited to:

  • Maximising customer satisfaction by reducing error, repeat work and providing a timely response to customers needs and expectations

  • Maximising waste reduction and energy efficiency by ensuring internal processes are efficient and effective.

  • Helping staff reach their full potential by providing training, coaching and opportunity.

  • Maintaining business profitability by increasing customer loyalty, repeat custom and market share.
